First, I ordered bunk ladders for the young-uns. They have been struggling to figure out a good way up and down and I figured if I can afford the camper, I can at least afford to get them ladders to use it. Got them on Amazon, and although they are more expensive than I would have thought ($60), they are very light and very sturdy. The kids love them so they were the right call I think.
I also had time to add the cross-door handles on the screen doors. It seems like such a simple thing, but it is decidedly better experience than opening the little trap door each time to get a grip. First world problems ;)
One of the other things I was able to do was get our family rules mounted. We had this hanging in the living area in the old camper, but there is zero wall space in the new living room, so we moved it to the stairway. I think it looks great!
And now, the piece de resistance! I found some Kobalt wall organizers on clearance at Lowes for about $30. It's two pieces, one on each side, so my ladder hangs between them and it gives me a little more storage for some other things. It looks like it's going to work out better than I had expected...
And lastly I finally got around to flipping the license plate right side up. I thought about leaving it, but I'm sure some officer sooner or later would not find it as amusing as I do.
