The Harlem Globetrotters

We recently went to a Harlem Globetrotters game in San Antonio, TX. It was tons of fun but I will start from the beginning. 

So we walk to our seats and like 30 little kids are on the floor, doing what they do (being cute) and they are playing with basketballs 🏀. I then realized that they were part of the T.O.T., or Teams of Tomorrow. 

Before the game started "Globie" came out and was dancing and doing backflips. Globie's is the Globetrotters mascot. He was fun to watch. 

The Globetrotters played against the "World All Stars". When the game started it was relatively normal except for the Globetrotters playing around and goofing off. 

Then "Cager" came out and was all mean and rough, crushing a basketball with his hands. He was supposedly the secret weapon that was finally going to beat the Globetrotters, but other than being tall he wasn't really all that impressive. 

At halftime Globie's big brother "Big G" was on the floor. He was hilarious. 😂. He was a big inflatable costume that a guy was in. He popped his eyes off of his face and started face planting all over. For one of his "face pops", he shot them at the coach. 😂 

In the 3rd quarter, Dragon got himself stuck on top of the hoop. When his coach told him to get down, he started to dance on top of the hoop. Then Hammer got him 

off. 

Shortly after, Hammer found a "Snorlax" (the coach's bottom) and then threw a fake Pokéball at his butt. 

In the 4th quarter, With one minute to go, Cager asked(demanded) for a 4 point lead. Now that got them to 67 points. So in one minute the Globetrotters kept playing around and goofing off. And guess who won....You betcha! The Globetrotters! 

The bad things about the game were that the other team wasn't really that good. But then again I guess when you get paid to loose you get a bit worn down. Also they played more with the crowd than with the other team. 

The best part about the game was either Big G or Dragon getting stuck. I also like that there are girls on the team. There were Swish and Hoops in this show, and Ace and TNT are also on the team but did not play.
